Our participation as beneficiaries at the Joint Danube Survey 4 (JDS4, 2019-2021) was established.
DS4 is one of the most comprehensive investigative surface-water monitoring efforts in the world, with over 50 sampling sites across 13 countries in the Danube River Basin. It is targeting the adaptation of harmonised water monitoring practices and procedures in accordance with the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD) through close coordination and further training.
