At the Scientific Workshop in connection with the EURACHEM General Assembly, which took place on 13-14 May in Vilnius, the TraMS group received the award for the best poster presentation.
Dr Marios G. Kostakis participated in the workshop with the poster entitled: Method validation of PFAS compounds in fish tissue based on guidelines of EURL-POPS (Eirini Siandri, Katerina Mavraki, Marios G. Kostakis, Nikolaos S. Thomaidis).
The poster session presented the results of experiments to validate a method for the determination of per- and polyfluorinated substances in fish tissue. In particular, the poster presented performance characteristics and validation results of linearity, trueness, precision, LOD and LOQ.
