Four members of our group, namely Assistant Professor Marilena E. Dasenaki, Ph.D. Candidates Sofia K. Drakopoulou, Panagiota A. Katsianou, Ioannis C. Martakos, alongside TrAMS Group Leader Prof. Nikolaos Thomaidis, published a very interesting book chapter, titled ”Authentication of Olive Products with Liquid Chromatographic Techniques”, as part of Volume B: Relevant Applications of the book Chromatographic and Related Separation Techniques in Food Integrity and Authenticity , edited by Oscar Núñez (University of Barcelona, Spain) and Guillem Campmajó (University of Barcelona, Spain).
