Our new publication on the automated detection of transformation products using Gaussian curve-based trend analysis is out in Journal of Hazardous Materials.
Citalopram and 4 of its biodegradation products were investigated. In total 46 ozonation TPs were detected based on their formation trend and were tentatively identified. The examined compounds follow common transformation pathways in reaction with ozone and common TPs were formed through the ozonation of different structurally-alike compounds.
